Welcome to Simple CRM. By downloading, accessing, or using the Simple CRM mobile application, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the app.

1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the "User") and DODO INTERACTIVE LLP ("we," "us," or "Company"). By using Simple CRM, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to comply with these terms.

2. License to Use

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Simple CRM mobile application for personal or business purposes in accordance with these Terms.

You may not:

Copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the app
Reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code
Use the app for any unlawful or unauthorized purpose
Remove or alter any proprietary notices or labels

3. User Accounts and Authentication

Simple CRM uses Google Sign-In for authentication. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Google account credentials. You agree to:

Provide accurate and complete information
Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
Accept responsibility for all activities under your account

4. User Responsibilities

As a user of Simple CRM, you agree to:

Use the app in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations
Not use the app to transmit harmful, offensive, or illegal content
Not interfere with or disrupt the app's functionality
Not attempt to gain unauthorized access to any systems or data
Respect the intellectual property rights of others

5. Google Services Integration

Simple CRM integrates with Google Sheets and Google Drive. By using this app, you acknowledge that:

Access to Google services is subject to Google's Terms of Service
The app requests only the permissions it needs: access to your Google Sheets spreadsheets, and access limited to the specific Google Drive files you create or open with the app
You can revoke access permissions at any time through your Google Account settings
We are not responsible for changes or interruptions to Google services

6. Data and Privacy

Your use of Simple CRM is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We collect and process data as described in the Privacy Policy. By using the app, you consent to such collection and processing.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of Simple CRM, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, and software, are the exclusive property of DODO INTERACTIVE LLP and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

Simple CRM is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to:

Warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose
Warranties that the app will be error-free or uninterrupted
Warranties regarding the accuracy or reliability of data

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, DODO INTERACTIVE LLP shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to:

Loss of profits, data, or business opportunities
Service interruptions or data breaches
Errors or inaccuracies in content

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you (if any) for using the app in the past 12 months.

10. Modifications to the App

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the app (or any part thereof) at any time, with or without notice. We shall not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuance of the app.

11. Updates to Terms

We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Effective Date" at the top of this document. Your continued use of the app after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the modified terms.

12. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the app immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including but not limited to:

Breach of these Terms and Conditions
Fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity
At our sole discretion

13. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Kerala, India.

14. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
